Returns and Refund
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels that come with your product.
How to Return
1. To start your return process, you will need to apply for a return with the following link https://infolabwco.returnscenter.com/ or contact our customer service email@example.com
2. On the return page, input your order number (example: #1008 or 1008) and the email you used to purchase that item. You can find this information in your Account or on the purchase confirmation email.
3. Choose the item that you want to return and the reason of the return. We will refund your item according to your original payment method.
4. After completing the return application, we will send you instructions after the request is approved.
5. An email will be sent to you of the approval of the return item. If we approve the return item, the email will include a SF shipping label that you can print off for the shipment. Pack all the returned items, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
6. Go to any local SF Delivery Points to ship the package. The tracking number should already be on the shipping label. You can track the shipment update with it. We will be responsible for the shipping charge.
7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error . Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 98 Granville Road, Tsim Tsa Tsui East, Room 1301, East Ocean Centre, Kowloon, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR China.
Sale items (if applicable)
Most sales item can be refunded. Unfortunately some particular sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service for any disapproval of refund.
